- This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions.
- All photographs on our website are our property and are not to be reproduced without prior permission.
Payment and Acknowledgment and Acceptance of Orders
- Once we have received full payment from you, your item will be dispatched
- You will also receive a payment acknowledgment email from AJMilitary
- Please allow up to 7 working days for all UK deliveries.
- All International orders we aim to deliver within 14 working days.
- UK items are sent using Royal Mail or Parcelforce 48. Low value items will be sent by First Class Postage, High value items will be sent by Special Delivery and any items that weigh over 2-3kgs are sent by Parcelforce 48. Special Delivery and Parcelforce are trackable and insured.
- International items are sent using Royal Mail International Signed for and heavier items are sent by Parcelforce International Scheduled.
- We ship all items as promptly as we can. Items are often dispatched the day that payment is received.
- We deliver worldwide and our postage and packaging will be calculated during the checkout process. You will be informed of the full cost before you are asked for payment.

Returns and Cancellations
We offer a money back guarantee on all of the goods supplied subject to the terms listed below:-
- To qualify for a refund all items must be returned in the same condition as they were received. You can return your item for a full refund provided that it is returned within 7 days of receipt and in the same condition in which it was received
- We will not reimburse the postage costs of sending the item or returning it to us.
- Please ensure that items are insured when returned, as refunds will not be given for items ‘lost in the post’. The Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred unless the item was shipped in error by AJMilitary
- Refunds or exchanges cannot be given to overseas customers due to high customs taxes incurred on return delivery. The only exception to this is if goods were delivered in error by ourselves.
- Should you be unhappy with any item purchased, you should contact us by e mail within 7 days of receipt of the goods. The item can then be returned to us, provided that it is in the condition as sent, for a full refund of the purchase price. If an item is not notified to us within this time, it will be considered as being sold.
- This refund offer does not apply to any goods purchased in error (including errors in translation of the text of this web site to another language), on the behalf of a third party, nor to goods that have been damaged, disassembled or tampered with after purchase.
- We supply weapons and knives and other items for collector’s display purposes only & such items are not intended for use. We do not guarantee the fitting of any clothing, footwear or headgear, nor their suitability for being worn.
- The responsibility lies with the customer to ensure that any goods ordered are allowed to be imported into your country.
- Any returned items paid for via PayPal will be refunded via PayPal.
Availability of products
- This web site is designed to show only items of stock that are still available for sale, but it is still remotely possible that an item could be sold during your visit to the web site. In the unlikely event that an item has been sold by the time that you place your order, we will inform you by return e-mail.

- We buy original military items. If you are interested in selling your items to us, please send an email to us, please make sure you include the following:
- Take multiple clear digital images of your item, including all sides and details such as markings, notable features, defects, etc…
- Describe your item including the quality and condition. Please say how you acquired it, and the original purchase price (if applicable)
- Tell us the minimum amount you will take for the item.
- Be sure to include a contact details email mobile number etc.…
- A response within 5-7 working days.
- If we both agree on a purchase price we will then send details how to ship your item to us, and how you will receive payment.
- Once we receive your item we will confirm it with yourself and issue payment.
